Creative Self-efficacy Memediasi Pengaruh Kepribadian Proaktif terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Guru

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of proactive personality on innovative work behavior of teachers through Creative Self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The number of samples taken were 92 teachers of SMA Sub-District Teluk Segara, Bengkulu City. The sampling method used in this study is the method of distributing questionnaires online.
