Creative Company Culture in Improving Company Performance in Textile Industry at Bandung District West Java, Indonesia

Abstract: The research is aimed at investigating the company performance influenced by creative company culture. The research is conducted based on the phenomenon of the company performance which is considered not optimal in achieving the target.
