Creation of gene pools with amplified fragment length polymorphis markers for development of winter oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) hybrid cultivars

Abstract: The genetic diversity of two winter oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) collections was investigated using amplified fragment length polymorphism marker technology. The first collection of 78 genotypes was analyzed using 11 primer-enzyme combinations and PCR products were resolved by 13.35% denaturing polyacrylamide gels.
