Creation and evaluation of logistic services value

Abstract: Logistika turi vis didesnę reikšmę verslo organizacijų finansiniams rezultatams, todėl vis aktualesnis tampa logistinių paslaugų vertės kūrimo ir vertinimo aspektas. Klientai reikalauja paslaugų, atitinkančių jų subjektyvius poreikius, todėl viena iš logistinių paslaugų vertės didinimo krypčių yra papildomų paslaugų kūrimas.
