Crappie Hybridization in Southern Minnesota Lakes and Its Effects on Growth Estimates

Abstract: Species-specific microsatellite DNA markers were used to identify hybrids of black crappies Pomoxis nigromaculatus and white crappies P. annularis and to determine the effect of hybridization on crappie growth.
