Abstract: Craniometaphyseal dysplasia is a rare disorder of bone remodeling, which is characterized by hyperostosis or sclerosis of the skull combined with metaphyseal flaring of the long tubular bones. Diagnosis is only possible on the basis of the characteristic radiographic findings, these are shown in a case report of a 2 1/2 year old boy. There is no therapy of craniometaphyseal dysplasia.
