Abstract: Background: The Craniofacial Fibrous Dysplasia is a benign disease, pseudoneoplasic, rare and asymptomatic of slow growth promoting replacement of bone tissue by an amorphous connective tissue, promoting bone deformation that can invade and cause compression of important structures such as the skull base and facial orbital bone.
