Cranial Vault Distraction in Nonsyndromic Sagittal Synostosis

Abstract: A multitude of operations exists for the treatment of patients with sagittal craniosynostosis presenting after 6 months of age, of which total cranial vault remodeling now provides the most reliable aesthetic outcome.
