Cranial Nerve Involvement as a Complication of Ventriculoperitoneal Shunt

Abstract: Isolated fourth ventricle is a rare complication of ventriculoperitoneal shunt insertion in patients with hydrocephalus. Fourth ventriculoperitoneal shunt is the main treatment for patients with symptomatic isolated fourth ventricle.
