COVID-19: Weighing the Endeavors of Nations, with Time to Event Analysis

Abstract: The cataclysmic COVID-19 pandemic erupted silently causing colossal impact worldwide, the repercussions of which indicated a lackadaisical vigilance in preparation for such a pandemic.
