COVID-19 severe acute respiratory syndrome in Brazilian newborns in 2020-2021

“…In order to guarantee the correct integration with the mobility change dataset, another filtering step removed the rows with residence and notification cities empty or that did not match the correct names registered in the last brazilian census. The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics recently released the update population number of 5570 cities according to the 2022 census 6 . We integrated the brazilian states information 7 together with the respective cities and their population to facilitate analysis and curate the residence and notification city fields.…”
