Abstract:This paper focuses on supply chain practices before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Supply chain disruptions due to COVID-19 on the supply, demand, and logistical side are thoroughly explained and presented. The paper addresses how the pandemic exposed the vulnerabilities and deficiencies of the lean, JIT global supply chain model.
