Covid-19’s Impact on Supply Chain Practices in the Republic of Serbia

Abstract: This paper focuses on supply chain practices before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Supply chain disruptions due to COVID-19 on the sup­ply, demand, and logistical side are thoroughly explained and presented. The paper addresses how the pandemic exposed the vulnerabilities and de­ficiencies of the lean, JIT global supply chain model.
