Objetivos: relatar casos de Síndrome Guillain-Barré pós-COVID-19 em uma cidade no interior da Amazônia, caracterizar a evolução do quadro clínico, diagnóstico e desfecho da doença, retratar as semelhanças e diferenças entre os pacientes e evidenciar a importância da valorização da Síndrome Guillain-Barré pós-COVID-19. Métodos: trata-se de uma série de casos composta por seis pacientes com quadro compatível com a Síndrome de Guillain-Barré relacionada à infecção prévia pela COVID-19. É um estudo de natureza observacional e descritiva e os dados foram coletados retrospectivamente a partir da análise dos prontuários de uma clínica privada localizada em Santarém, estado do Pará, Brasil. Resultados e Discussão: Todos os pacientes apresentaram diagnóstico clínico e laboratorial da COVID-19, e em seguida a Síndrome de Guillain-Barré. Neste estudo, o comprometimento motor foi predominante e nem sempre seguiu padrão ascendente. O exame de líquor teve resultado variável e sem as anormalidades típicas. A eletroneuromiografia revelou que o comprometimento axonal era predominante. A maioria dos pacientes evoluíram com recuperação funcional e apenas um deles apresentou-se sem melhora. O tratamento com imunoglobulina intravenosa parece ter contribuído para um desfecho positivo. Os dados encontrados são compatíveis com estudos em outras regiões do mundo. Conclusão: A Síndrome de Guillain-Barré pós-COVID-19 pode ter manifestações clínicas, laboratoriais e neurofisiológicas diferentes do habitual e pode ter uma evolução variável, sendo o diagnóstico precoce essencial para o tratamento mais assertivo e menor risco de sequela. Isso se tornar um desafio em lugares remotos e pequenas cidades da Amazônia, onde o acesso à saúde é mais precário.
