Covid-19-Enforced Change of Practice. Using Internal Fixation in Preference to Circular External Fixation: Lessons Learned

Abstract: IntroductionCircular external fixators are fundamental to lower limb reconstruction, primarily in situations with a high risk of infection such as open fractures.
