“…Brazilian society faces the need to find alternative paths for its development in the face of the covid-19 pandemic (Da Silva et al, 2020). This trajectory is unknown and results in a challenge in projecting possible future scenarios in which consumers need to make decisions (Cordeiro et al, 2021). Based on this, there are some problems to assess how consumer behavior could be affected by the new contexts experienced by the population (Maragoni- , which is particularly important when considering that the current behavior of the Brazilian consumer emphasizes the consequences of the consumption background (Da Silva et al, 2020).…”

“…Therefore, in addition to biogenic factors, food sealing is also related to social and environmental aspects. In countries with a capitalist economy, consumers have great autonomy in purchasing their food (Cordeiro et al, 2021). Hence, the behavior of the Brazilian consumer must be analyzed through the interactions of the organism, in an attempt to understand the relationship with the environment (Silva et al, 2021).…”

“…Furthermore, bibliometric approaches permit the analysis of a vast array of textual resources; they are more data-driven and hence less biased [27]. The recent works by Erboz et al [28] and Cordeiro et al [29] have applied bibliometrics to analyze the general impact of pandemics and COVID-19 on supply chains without focusing on the FSC. As a result, this study focuses on a bibliometric analysis of COVID-19 and the FSC domain to better understand the bibliometric profile of FSC research, the main themes emerging from the literature, and future research directions.…”

“…During disasters, SCs face impacts such as instability in production and inventory (Lim and Tan, 2018), transportation disruption (Davies et al, 2017), supply and demand fluctuation (Pratama et al, 2021), damage to premises, equipment, and vehicles (Asgary et al, 2012), and coordination problems (Cardoso et al, 2021;de Oliveira et al, 2020). Being prepared for such disruptions is challenging; however, it is possible to mitigate the eventualities through contingency plans and effective strategies to increase SC responsiveness (Abe and Ye, 2013;Boyacι-Gündüz et al, 2021;Cordeiro et al, 2021a).These SC strategies involve activities that are fundamental to the normal flow of the operation, such as strategic purchases (Lamenza et al, 2019), social media and digital platforms (Cordeiro et al, 2021b;Eckhardt et al, 2022), information sharing (Ding et al, 2021), and collaboration with stakeholders (Cundell et al, 2020). Considering that disasters represent a relevant impact on SCs and societies (Singh et al, 2020), this paper aims to investigate the academic literature's nature on the disasters' impacts on SC and countermeasure strategies.…”
