Abstract:Introduction
Extracranial internal carotid artery (ICA) pseudoaneurysms in children, although uncommon, are life threatening. Covered stents are a good alternative treatment, as they avoid the risk of open surgery and preserve the ICA. Until recently, long term outcomes were unknown.
