Abstract:The cover picture shows the gel image of the extension and biorthogonal labelling of a DNA primer by using polymerases, the newly synthesized triazine‐modified uridine triphosphate, and the other three natural nucleoside triphosphates. Because of the fluorescein marker of the primer, the primer extension hat places the bioorthogonally reacting triazene groups into the elongated oligonucleotide, as can be seen by the significant gel shift of the green emitting bands.
