Abstract: The simultaneous sulfonylation and arylation of styrene derivatives, including complex biomolecules, is achieved in an atom‐economic, operationally simple and scalable three‐component photoredox reaction. It allows for significant structural variation within each component and displays high diastereoselectivity.
