Covariance Difference of Arrival based Fingerprinting Localization

Abstract: We define covariance difference of arrival (CDOA) features derived from channel state information that can be used for machine learning based fingerprinting localization in nonline of sight (NLoS) conditions, with minimal communication overhead.
