Covalent Immobilization of Candida antarctica Lipase B on Functionalized Hollow Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles

Abstract: Candida antarctica lipase B (CALB) produced by recombinant Pichia pastoris was covalently immobilized to a carboxylfunctionalized hollow mesoporous silica sphere (HMS) synthesized by sol-gel precipitation.
