Abstract

The Hand and Forearm Course organized by the Institute of Surgery and Innovation is a highly interactive 3-day practical course held at Nottingham City Hospital held twice a year in September and March. Its aim is to teach aspiring plastic and orthopedic surgeons the surgical techniques required to treat hand trauma, with an emphasis on soft tissue and bony injuries using freshfrozen hand and forearm specimens.
