Course development in IC manufacturing

Abstract: Abstract-Traditional curriculum in electrical engineering separates semiconductor processing courses from courses in circuit design. As a result, manufacturing topics involving yield management, and the study of random process variations impacting circuit behavior are usually vaguely treated.
