Coupling and splitting of the plasmon modes in a superlattice with complex defect structures

Abstract: We study the properties of the localized interface plasmon modes (IPMs) arising from coupling and splitting of the plasmon eigenstates in two semiinfinite superlattices containing complex defect structures.
