Coupled quasi-static oscillations in two cylinders made of a metamaterial

Abstract: A two dimensional problem of excitation, by a linear source, of a structure consisting of two iden tical solid or hollow cylinders made of a metamaterial under the condition that the geometric and material parameters of the cylinders provide for the existence of high Q quasi static resonances in each of the cylin ders is considered.
