Countering the obesity and non-communicable diseases epidemic in the Pacific region: a critical policy review

Abstract: Background Pacific countries are facing an obesity and non-communicable diseases epidemic, and increased susceptibility to the effects of climate change. There is a growing appreciation of the role of the global food system in contributing to the epidemic and in the fight against climate change.
