Counselor Variables

Abstract: This investigation explored the variables of counselor sex, certification status, and geographic location and their relationship with client case closures and money spent. Subjects were 99 ocational rehabilitation counselors employed by the state of Arizona. Case service records were utilized to obtain raw data for the study.
