“…This research paper articulates our holistic, sustainable, pedagogical framework which we designed at the level of the Executive MBA to address the call for new high value decision-makers who would be able to address the sustainability challenges we face in business and society (Moldoveanu and Martin, 2008). Our approaches orient executives to be focussing on a generative management practice referred to as integrative thinking (Leavy, 2011; Moldoveanu and Martin, 2008; Sewchurran et al , 2016), which allows them to pursue new options or new choices in the field of BMI.
