W pracy podano sposób badania i oceny efektywności energetycznej budynków na przykładzie wybranych pomieszczeń obiektu biurowego użytkowanego w polskich warunkach klimatycznych. Pomieszczenia dostosowano do standardu zeroenergetycznego. Źródłem zasilania są zintegrowane z nimi urządzenia energetyki odnawialnej. Przeprowadzono pomiary dynamiki cieplnej ściany zewnętrznej oraz energii elektrycznej produkowanej przez panele fotowoltaiczne zainstalowane na zewnętrznej powierzchni ściany. Zaproponowano metodę bilansowania strumieni energii na granicy pomieszczenia, czyli przegród ograniczających kubaturę o kontrolowanych parametrach środowiska wewnętrznego. Dokonano analizy wyników biorąc pod uwagę periodyczny charakter zmian poszczególnych wielkości, długo-ści okresów nieciągłości oraz uzyskane wartości ekstremalne. Na podstawie wyników z analizowanego okresu stwierdzono, że uzyskanie standardu obiektu autonomicznego jest niezwykle trudne, natomiast możliwe jest spełnienie kryteriów obiektu niemal zero-energetycznego.Słowa kluczowe: budynek nZEB, efektywność energetyczna, odnawialne źródła energii, pomiary in-situ, wymiana ciepła

The energy consumptions of the building stock are playing a central role in the energy policy of the European Union. While the Member States are applying the Directives in force, the European Commission is working to update the regulatory framework. Specifically, it is necessary to achieve the great unrealized potential for energy savings in existing buildings. With this aim, the nearly zero-energy building (NZEB) target was introduced, and a comparative methodology framework to calculate cost-optimal levels of minimum energy performance requirements was proposed. This study focuses on the issue of building renovation, and it presents the results obtained with the application of a cost-optimal calculation method for identifying proper retrofit measures to reach costoptimal levels and NZEB levels. The assessment takes into account an exhaustive set of passive and active renovation options and it was extended to various building types of 60s-70s (residential and non-residential) in a wide range of representative European climatic conditions. A very relevant energy-saving potential was found for all cost-optimal benchmarks, and in many cases, the obtained NZEB refurbishments have resulted interesting also from an economic point of view.

Nearly zero energy buildings (nZEB) will become an obligatory energy efficiency standard in Europe. Following to common guidelines in European legislation, the countries investigated technical and economic framework for the preparation of detailed national technical definition of nZEB. Slovenia accepted the nZEB criteria in early 2015. This paper describes the technical and economic background for identification of economically viable concepts of highly energy efficient apartment building. The highrise demonstration building Eco Silver House revealed that meeting nZEB standards was not an easy task, not so much for technical reasons, but mostly due to the processes, inadequate skills, not fully compliant regulation and insufficient possibilities for interaction between the building and energy networks. Analysis of cost effectiveness showed that the Eco Silver House fulfilled minimal requirements of cost-optimal for apartment building with Net Present Value of 272 EUR/m 2 and Primary energy use of 79 kWh/ m 2 •a in line with the Slovenian national cost optimal study of minimum energy performance requirements from the year 2014. At the time, the requirement of 50% share of renewables in final energy use is not fulfilled, but will be easily reached when EU2020 energy efficiency targets set in the Slovenian Energy Act regarding the RES share in district heating systems and public power grid will be gradually implemented. The demonstration project FP7 EE-HIGHRISE confirms that in spite of the barriers, the nZEB minimum requirements defined on profound theoretical studies can be met in practice.
