Cost of Quality Optimization in Sand Casting Operations

Abstract: Sand casting is one of the oldest methods applied in foundries industry. However, this method has several disadvantages such as high consumptions of energy. It has an impact on total cost production per pieces. In other side, the problem of cost of quality need an appropriate approach to reduce this cost immediately.
