Abstract: Objectives: Assess the cost-effectiveness of tiotropium bromide for severe obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) versus indacaterol in Mexican institutions. MethOds: Cost-effectiveness analysis using a decision tree model to assess the risk of exacerbations considering the use of either tiotropium or indacaterol.
