Cosmic anisotropy with reduced relativistic gas

Abstract: The dynamics of cosmological anisotropies is investigated for Bianchi type I universe filled by a relativistic matter represented by the reduced relativistic gas model (RRG), with equation of state interpolating between radiation and matter. Previously it was shown that the interpolation is observed in the background cosmological solutions for homogeneous and isotropic universe and also for the linear cosmological perturbations. We extend the application of RRG to the Bianchi type I anisotropic model and find … Show more

“…The first to deduce the equation of state of RRG from an assumption about its distribution function were S. C. dos Reis and I. L. Shapiro [10]. As we know, the standard description for a classical relativistic ideal gas of massive particles is given by Maxwell-Boltzmann statistics (MB), whose pressure P MB and energy density ρ MB are expressed as [1,2] P MB = nT and ρ MB = 3nT + nm K 1 (m/T )…”

“…2 to the right. Because of a smooth interpolation between these two regimes, RRG can be used to describe the period when the matter content of the universe is in the transition from the radiation to NR matter [10]. Friedmann equation for a universe with curvature κ, cosmological constant Λ, RRG, NR and UR components can be expressed as follows:…”
