Corticospinal Excitability to the Biceps Brachii Is not Different when Arm Cycling at a Self-Selected or Fixed Cadence

Abstract: Background: The present study compared corticospinal excitability to the biceps brachii muscle during arm cycling at a self-selected and a fixed cadence (SSC and FC, respectively).
