Cortical Thickness and Natural Scene Recognition in the Child’s Brain

Abstract: Visual scenes are processed in terms of spatial frequencies. Low spatial frequencies (LSF) carry coarse information, whereas high spatial frequencies (HSF) subsequently carry information about fine details.
