Corruption in the private economic sector as a threat to the economic security of the state

Abstract: Commercial law companies with private capital are the basic economic units that affect the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Noticeable corruption practices in the process of obtaining contracts for the performance of works or the delivery of products lead to the conclusion that this sector of economic activity of the state was transferred from the public area to illegal corrupt behaviour.
