The outcome in patients ingesting corrosive substances is quite variable, most of cases from other study had higher number finding from grade 1 to 3a, with less frequent 3b or 4, that explained by patient ingested unintentionally with small amount (Hijazeen, 1998). Esophageal stricture is the most common ingestion-related consequence.…”
