Abstract: Mr. Gay. A deeper channel than the present one, or that of 1858, could not be obtained by any other plan than this one, which had the advantage of dealing with a limited quantity of sand, namely, that brought down annually by the rivers.Mr. de Chur-Mr. EVARISTO DE CHCJRRUCA, of Bilbao, had, in 1894, given a short rum.
