Correlations of circulating miR-26b level with left ventricular hypertrophy and cardiac function in elderly patients with hypertension

Abstract: Objectives: To study the correlations of circulating miR-26b level with left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and cardiac function in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods: A total of 132 eligible patients were divided into low and high miR-26b level groups. Their baseline clinical data and biochemical indices were compared.
