Abstract: The present review aims to identify correlations between negative symptoms (NS) and deficits in neurocognition and social cognition in subjects with first-episode psychosis (FEP) and at-high-risk populations (HR). A systematic search of the literature published between 1 January 2005 and 31 December 2022 was conducted on PubMed, Scopus, and PsycInfo.
