Correlations among Knowledge Outsourcing and Organizational Culture, Organizational Performance in Public Sectors

Abstract: The trend of domestic and international central governments promoting public services reveal that the governmental reform is developing towards the establishment of entrepreneurial government and privatization, the applications of civil resources, and the utilization of Knowledge Outsourcing as the promotion direction and strategy.
