Abstract: Background: Fibromyalgia (FM) is a chronic pain disorder and is associated with disability, and high levels of pain and suffering. FM is known to co-occur with obesity and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Individuals with FM often experience symptoms of pain, depression and anxiety, sleep disturbances, and fatigue.
