Correlation of Protein and Gene Expression Profiles of Inflammatory Proteins After Endotoxin Challenge in Human Subjects

Abstract: Administration of endotoxin (LPS) in humans results in profound physiological responses, including activation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells and the release of inflammatory factors.
