Abstract:Pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) is a major cause of maternal as well as fetal morbidity. The normal
placenta through implantation and development modies the uterine circulation from one of low ow and
high resistance to one of high ow and low resistance. Doppler ultrasound examination is a non-invasive method, which gives
