Also, missing some data from hospital documents was another obstacle. Conclusion:LGA neonates should be given special medical and supportive care, especially during resuscitation after birth. The decision for cesarean section should be a last resort. Apgar score can be used in evaluation of neonatal morbidities especially among this group of neonates.
