Correlation between thermodynamic instability of AIIIBv heterocompositions and degradation of devices based on these materials

Abstract

Theoretical and experimental data are discussed which allow a hypothesis that the cause of the degradation processes in AIIIBV heterocomposition-based devices is the thermodynamic instabilit y of the structures formed.
