Correlation between Maternal Infection and Infant Cholestasis

Abstract: Introduction: Infant cholestasis has been associated to viral infection. Cytomegalovirus in the pathogenesis of neonatal hepatitis has been already known and it is one of the possible etiological of biliary atresia.
