Abstract:BACKGROUNDThere has been enough evidence that HDL cholesterol plays a major role in reverse cholesterol transport and thereby reduces coronary artery atherosclerotic plaque burden and quantitatively low HDL cholesterol increases coronary artery plaque burden.
