Correlation between Ethical Intelligence, Quality of Work Life and Caring Behaviour of Paediatric Nurses

Abstract: Aims The aim of this study is to determine correlation between paediatric nurses' “ethical intelligence” with “quality of work life” and “caring behaviour.” Design Descriptive correlational study.
