Abstract: Electrochemical carbon dioxide capture is emerging as an energy-efficient alternative to traditional carbon capture technology. In particular, redox-active molecules that can capture carbon dioxide when electrochemically reduced and release carbon dioxide when electrochemically re-oxidized are under active development.
