Abstract:Corpus luteal cyst rupture presents with acute pain abdomen, hemoperitoneum and features of shock. The condition clinically closely mimics acute rupture ectopic pregnancy but has negative urine pregnancy test. Massive hemoperitoneum requires urgent surgical exploration and achievement of hemostasis.
