“…Sin embargo, encontrar pautas a la hora de abordar la metodología de este tipo de trabajos es bastante más complicado, ya que hay gran disparidad de enfoques. Algunos autores utilizan estudios cuantitativos tradicionales como ANOVA o regresiones lineales a partir de cuestionarios (Jin y Phua, 2014; Chatterjee, 2011; Chu y Kim, 2011; entre otros), otros realizan análisis cualitativos a partir de focus groups o entrevistas en profundidad (Carim y Warwick, 2013;Evans et al, 2011), e incluso se encuentran análisis descriptivos de perfiles 2.0 (Wright y Drifka, 2012;Thoring, 2011;Riegner, 2007).
